Tried pulling ~3 gallons of first runnings before running sparge through grain tube for 10 minutes, then added 1st runnings back in. Took gravity reading after mixing whole kettle well. Didn't seem like it was much better. |

Beautiful mahogany color. Hydro sampl just a touch bitter. Maybe because it's still green and needs to condition a while under gas. |
