had another hard time with the 02
We did drop the temp down to 55 before we pitched, took about 35 minutes.
Only got 5 gallons, dry cool day
First Ferm with new Ink Bird to Dial in the temp.
And first use of Tilt |

Started d rest, been down to the lower 40s at night. So using a space heater to heat up the fridge and conical. Heating to 66F for two days.
As per the head brewer at Rap, will drop the trub after 2 day.
After will start to bring temp down slowly in a cold crash, than will keg near 33F and let sit for 6-8 weeks |

Well, I might have a stuck fermentation. So I shook the conical.
After I shook it, the gravity dropped to 1.016 |

I pushed the temp down to 50F to try to get the stirred up beer to settle, will drop trub tomorrow, 24 hours later. |

Dropped 3/4 of a quart of trub. It as much as would think, but that could because I shock it yesterday. I might try and get some more in 5 days or so. |

Was going to keg into Neil, but the ball lock is faulty, need to replaced. Legged into Getty. Taste ok, but has a looonnngggg way to go. I’m going to let it sit for at least 2 months, maybe more. |
