Notes

Originally my fermentables were supposed to be Maris Otter (7.5), Crystal 60 (2.5), Brown (1.25), and Chocolate (5 oz), but I had to go with what my distributor had. This is probably going to end in a beer that is a lot lighter in color than I had wanted.
