Version #1 -

  • Dried Black Mission Figs (100g) from Trader Joes were used
  • Sage hung out in secondary for 8 days before bottling
  • Get the Sage in the finish but Fig is almost not-existent

    Version #2
  • Increase dried figs to 200g or use fresh if possible
  • Increase Sage to 5 g
