Notes

RO víz és 1l szentkirályi. Szóval valami lágy cucc. Az élesztő yeastflow pils them, vagy valami hasonló. A 150g maradék komló a főerjedés végén megy bele. A főerjedés végén átfejtés egy másik kegbe. Abba megy a komlózsák és palackozócukor.

Nyomás alatt (1bar) erjesztve 12-13 fokos aknában.


Átfejtés után kóstolva. Elég jó. Kicsit több szénsav kell. Hab remek. Kicsit még zavaros. 2019.11.12.
