Notes

La adicion de pomelo está bien, aunque es un poco invasiva. Se agregó piel de 2 pomelos en el madurador, con el jugo de 1 pomelo.
Para la proxima yo agregaria la mitad (piel de 1 pomelo y jugo de medio).
La adicion de Jengibre parece estar bien.

Increible clarificacion en maduracion para la cantidad de trigo utilizado.
