Completed boil and pitched whirlpool hops and some bitter orange peel. Note put the peel in the tea ball. Some peel went through pump and chiller |

Quickly filled the fermentor since didnt have to chill down as much as usual. Pitched yeast at 80F and was going in two hours |

Took gravity reading after chilling sample to 60F (15C). Hazy, fruity and clean tasting. Amazing progress after two days of fermentation |

Yeast has almost totally flocked out and beer is getting drier. Lots of stone fruit aroma with light fruity bitterness in the flavour. Almost crystal clear! Was hoping it would stay hazy |

Packaged Kveik into one corny keg filled to 18L plus two 650s, two 500s and two 340s. Did a second (in-keg) dry hop with 7g of Azacca. Washed and collected a litre of yeast slurry |
