Citrus, tropical aroma all there. Tastes just like Sierra Nevada. Have reduced secondary fermentation to 16C for 3 weeks. Will cold crash before kegging. We probably should save a few bottles; it's going to be great. | ||

Beautiful and restrained citrus aroma. Colour is spot on Sierra Nevada. Oh my, does that taste good. Another sure winner. We should just make this beer all the time. 2 19 litre kegs. |
