Notes

This is one of my favorite beers. It is a clone of Lone Pint’s, Yellow Rose IPA in Magnolia,Texas.

It has great hop flavor because mosaic hops are amazing and they really shine through from start to finish.

You know it’s a good beer when non-craft beer drinkers like it. :)

If you want it less hoppy, move the 30 minute addition to a 5 or at flameout. That will provide great flavors and make this brew even more drinkable. You can even dial back the gypsum if you want less hop bite and a stronger malt backbone. It’s your brew, make it the way you want to. :)

Tasting notes
Fruity, hoppy, and smooth with a hint of citrus.
