Notes

This is an All Grain HopSlam clone I've edited from an earlier version (MB Hopslam). The malt in that version was spot on. However the Hop was way too weak. I am increasing the Hops on this one by 50% and shortening the Dry Hop time to 1 week. Last time with the same Grain amount I hit an OG of 1.11 (not a typo).
