Notes

Work in progress.
This is a Craftybrews (UK) Kit that Tom Watson brewed in December, 2018 on his YouTube channel. It looked so inviting, I had to recreate it (sorta) from his YouTube experience. I made it smaller so I can make it on my equipment. Tom brewed it with US05 but I think I will get a tastier brew with Nottingham. (Cleaner, too)

Note that Tom never addressed nor does the Craftybrew kit list how much hop is actually in the kit. I am going off relative size of the hop "pile". The Dry Hop used the remainder of the hops packed after the Bittering and Aroma additions, along with 120 gm of other hops. Also, all hops in the kit were whole hops. The boil hops were as quoted (until I modded them for small batch).
