Added 3 pounds of apples to fermenter. Diced up, heated to 150 for 7 minutes. Put in dry hop bag and added to fermenter. |

Boiled 3.8 ounces sugar into 1 quart water for 7 minutes, poured into bottling kettle and let cool to 80 degrees. Racked beer into bottling kettle and bottled. Made 48 bottles. |
