Notes

Hit mash temp of 152F perfectly.
Hit OG exactly.

Drained for two minutes after mashing and two minutes after sparging. Left bag in pot almost until boil started and added the drained wort to the kettles.

Beer is very good. It's somewhat sweet and lacks the crisp breadiness of the real Kaiser. I would use a lager strain next time and also get the beer a little drier. Maybe up the IBUs to 30 or 35.
