Notes

First, smoke 1 lb. of the 2-row malt @225 for 4 hrs.

Second, bake the sweet potatoes until fully cooked.

Mash the sweet potato meat.

Add the sweet potato into the mash for the entire process.

Add 3 cinnamon sticks and 1 whole clove 10 minutes from the end of the boil.

Add 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract at kegging.
