Notes

The malt overpowered the hops to make a very malty, excessively bitter beer. It needs a very light malt bill, this was entirely not that. Also get rid of the knockout hops and move them to dry hopping.
Dial down bittering hops, the bittering logic on this one might actually not be too far off.
Don't make this recipe again
