Started at @12am. By 930am There is large active fermentation. Shaking the flask caused a huge foamup and resulted in .2L being lost from foaming. This stuff is super active. |

Struck @150 with an expected drop to 145. Took ~7min to fully drop with recirc.
*Equipment may be large enough heat sync to not need to adjust for grain temp swing. |
