Very nice, but too sweet. Depending on the temperature can come across as chocolate or coffee. Next time I'd probably go with the same mash temp but not Windsor. Up the cacao nibs, and roast them. Maybe slightly more bitterness to balance the sweetness (30% more?) |

NB: Was pretty popular with Dad and especially Grandad. I should brew this for them again some time. |
