Super stuck sparge. Noticed lots more flour than usual after grinding need to adjust the gap next time I think. |

Vitality starter @ 3:30PM one bootleg bio pouch in ~900mL 1.044 wort. Will pitch half and let the other half ferment out to save. |

Fined a few days ago but still hazy. Maybe from rolling the keezer around. Maltier than I'd like, should try to dry it out next time. Could be a touch more bitter (but maybe balance is ok if less malty) |
