Brew day : dimanche 25 août vers 13h00. Fin vers 17h30

3,44kg de grain dans 12 L d'eau à 69 degrée. (fucking serré.)
Densité supposé : 1,075 pour qu'ajout de 3L d'eau tombe à 1,050.

-Mash pendant 1h00 puis, ajout de 3 Litres d'eau bouillante pour amener le tout à un volume d'environ 12 L.
-Boil pendant 1h00
-FInal boil volume : environ 10 Litres
-OG: 1,055

Bon petit goût léger, on sent pas trop le houblons Saaz. C'est pas tant crisp.

Fermentation dans un bac d'eau avec des icepack pour essayer de descendre la température...Température du moût doit être à environ 20 degrées et température extérieure genre 25.

After taste like bread for unknown reason, probably the fermentation temp wasn't constant...
