Complete shit mash conversion. Think my thermometer was off (was bouncing around a couple degree's) and I may have bought less grain than I thought. |

Horrible brew day! I think my thermometer is a little off and I may have gotten less grain than I wanted. Maybe I miss weighed at the homebrew shop. Added 10oz of DME to bump up OG to something drinkable. |

Added bio trans hops (2 oz Citra (Pellet) for 5 days) at around 5 hours in as fermentation was blasting off!

Added second dry hop (3 oz Citra (Pellet) for 4 days) 24 hours after pitch as fermentation activity was pretty much completed already. Also let the temp naturally drop down to 68f where I will hold for 4 days while yeast cleans up.
