All activity stopped now. Ferment had nice aroma. Sample tastes good pretty clean still some yeast there. Will leave this another day or two then crash till keg is free. |

Didn't crash beer. Didn't add geletin. Added 8g centennial and 7g of CTZ to hop ball and dropped that in keg before transfer. Purged keg a time or three from bottom. |

Tasting good now. Nice easy drinker. Low to medium bittering. Pretty smooth. Can really sink a few in a session. Not too strong. Hops are very tame quite subdued like a apple pear nose. Quite a full bodie. Nothing special but what a good lasting head it has.
Oh it did have quite a grassy Finnish at first but that has subdued a bit. |
