appears to be at the end of fermentation. flavor is good.
All beers fermented per the 72 hour rule, then were raised to room temp (about 68 degrees). |

4.5 gallon SO-4 and 35/70. About 4 gallons of liquid yeast batch. 35/70 tasted the best, followed by SO4 and then liquid.
Color was great and beers are e on the clear side.
FG estimated around 1.010 but could be lower.
Beer will be carbonated to about 2.4 units (9 psi). |

Flavor is nice and clean. Needs more caramel flavor, though. |
