Chilled to 72F with immersion chiller and transferred to big mouth bubbler. Cooled in ferm fridge (set to 18C) and pitched rehydrated pack shortly after. Set fridge to 18.5C. |

Put in 3 gallon keg on line 3. Purged 5x at 40 psi and left for about 28 hours. First pint tasted good. A little yeasty. Not as cloudy as this yeast normally is. Will benefit from lagering. |
