Notes
 The color will be darker due to the dried hibiscus leaves. Should have a pink/reddish tone. The color perception of the hibiscus should be helped by the lighter malts. Hibiscus can be increased to 80-95 grams per 5 gallon for a richer red, and pronounced tartness. Personally wouldn&#039;t go much higher than that due to past experience. <br />
 This is a redesigned recipe of one of my crowd pleasers; originally 6.3% abv, and heavier on the hibiscus/hops.
