Brew day went well. Cooled to 88, transferred to carboy, placed in ferm chamber to bring temp down to 60. Pitched healthy yeast starter at 60. |

Fermentation seems to have slowed a lot. Bumping temp up to 68 (Max for yeast) to encourage final yeast attenuation and clean up. |

Close transferred to co2 purged keg. Carbonated overnight at 40 PSI. Added gelatin directly into lid. Left co2 on to help push oxygen out as I poured in the gelatin mix. |
