Notes

Showcases the bubblegum/pear & spice of the Trappist yeast. The Citra is interesting (I ended up continuously hopping it, didn't know how to represent with the software). I'd like to re-do with Amarillo. But overall, I'm really surprised at this beer which was a SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) experiment. Two step starter was necessary to hit the pitch requirement.
