Adding 1.3g CaCl2 and 1.89g CaSO4 per 7 gallon mash ( I have to do 2 separate mashes because my 10 gallon mash tun is too small for 36.75 lb mash). Have not sent in RO sample from my home system, so I went small with added ppms. |
