Notes

MEAN OLD TOM CLONE

Vanilla - 2 Vanilla Beans, split with gunk removed. Cut into 2-3" pieces and add a sufficient amount of vodka and soak for 7-10 days. Add vodka and beans to secondary at racking. Age in secondary 2-3 weeks.
