Notes

Brewed without incident on July 7th. Cooled with immersion chiller down to 80 degrees, placed in sanitized fermenter and put in fermentation chamber overnight to cool down to pitching temp. Yeast pitched the morning of the 8th.

July 10th -- First signs of fermentation. Temp is 50 degrees.
