Notes

3.5lbs fresh organic Rainier blueberries were broken apart in a vacuum sealed bag with 1/2 tsp pectin enzyme, then added to primary. Primary chilled to 38 deg F when adding berries as to not allow yeast to ferment. Beer will sit at that temperature for 1 day before lowering to 32 deg F to crash.

Gravity currently sits at 1.013 with berry addition, as read by tilt.
