Notes

The original recipe is from Nilo/Mac & Jacks Brewing. I have made a few changes, but it is largely theirs.

Use a yeast starter and agitate on a stir plate for at least two days. Or use additional packets if that's your thing.

I do a full volume boil in the bag brew.
