Messed up the mashing, temperature spiked up to 74C for a few minutes. The higher FG indicates too high mashing indeed. I'll ramp up the temps 19.5C to maybe ferment some more. |

Raised the temps a bit, a day later still around 1.016. Yeah it finished a bit too high FG. |

Scored 15/50 in a BJCP competition. Turned out pretty awful. Phenolic, smokey, band-aids. Possible chlorophenolic mess from tap water. Or wild yeast infection. Not cool.
