Moved to secondary in closet. Closet temp. = 72F. Wort very cloudy. Thick krausen on top still. Tastes a little sweet. |

Used 3.6 oz. corn sugar to achieve 2.5 vol. CO2. (Less sugar required b/c packaged at 42 F). Was in cold conditioning @ 38F - correctly estimated 4F temp. rise before packaging. |
