Put 7.25 gallons of strike water to dough in. Put grain in mash tun first and filled water from below. Much easier than pouring in standing water. |

Great brew day. Missed my OG but everything went very smooth. Chilled wort in about 45 minutes. Whirlpool ran the entire time. |
