Notes

Hop on Pop is an annoyingly conformist northwest India Pale Ale. Rubberduck Bruing, in a effort to fleece market share from the lowest common denominator, has finally released our version of an IPA… The hipsters rejoiced and started talking about the fruity notes of the hops, and how much more complex it is than you really know. But then again, they once took a selfie on a hop farm in Yakima. #Lifegoals.

Hopped with Cascade, Willamette, Magnum and Manderina Bavaria hops. The hipsters really appreciate the aroma of roasted bread and the subtle fruity undertones of citrus from the massive dry hop charges of Magnum and Manderina Bavaria.

So park your single speed and enjoy a pint. Don’t forget to get the foam off your freshly waxed beard.

Instructions:

Mash at 152 for 60 minutes. mash out at 168.

Boil for 60 minutes, hopstand at 180 for 20 minutes, then cool the rest of the way.

Pitch yeast, Seal container. Dry hop after 5 days for 4 days.
