Notes

It seems that for the 17kg malt it absorbed 20 liters of water.
17 kg is the absolute maximum amount of malt for this system.

There were15 liters left in the boil kettle. Need to aim for 10. The yield in the fermenters was 22 and 22 liters.

Need to figure out an automatic sparge system.
The jet burner takes too long to boil the mash

The ABV is not even close to the theoretical value above. That's why I added a kilo of sugar.
