Boil went smooth. Hop additions added per recipe. Lavender and Rosemary added during the last 2 minutes of boil. A lot of lavender flavor and aroma in wort.

Cooled to 75 and pitched the garden path fermentation yeast that I rebuilt. Not sure of any of the yeast characteristics.

Heavy smell of what reminds me of fresh bandaids, although the rosemary and lavender does come through as well. hard to tell if the medicinal aroma is from the blend of rosemary and lavender or from an off flavor. Reminds me of a hospital. Pretty heavy lavender taste coming through with a slight acidic bite.

Bottled the rest of it as it developed into a fairly nice, sour beer. Still heavy on the lavender, but much more drinkable.
