While we LOST 2 GALLONS due to my dumb ass being a drunk fool on brew day, we were able to store and ferment 3 gallons. It tastes good BEFORE we put in the coffee, but it was at 1.048 FG, and after coffee addition was down to 1.030, where we wanted it to be.
This stout is KILLER. I love how full bodied, and fluffy the stout tastes. It has a malt forward backbone, so I think our salts and grain bill is down strong for future stouts as our "Imperial Stout" foundation recipe.
Added roasted Cacao Nibs. Courtney helped and this was her first venture in to Craw McGraw! |

Easily the best batch made to date. While we had a horrible spill starting out, this batch more than made up for it. I hope everyone enjoys this at the wedding!
force carbed and kept cool in fridge for long term storage. |
