  • 2 lbs of Wildflower Honey; 1 lbs of Raw honey
  • 1/2 gallon of R/O water warmed to about 120 deg.
  • All honey was added to water and temp raised to 150.
  • Stirred until all honey was dissolved, then removed from heat.
  • (Yeast added to R/O water about 15 minutes before being added to gallon)
  • Must added to 1 gallon jug
  • room temp R/O water added until equal to 1 gallon
  • temperature little warm; cooled in fridge until room temp
  • yeast nutrient and yeast added
  • stored in closet
