Notes

Named to celebrate completing the 70 mile Saffron Trail in Essex, UK, which I hiked with my wife in 2019.
A Hoppy America Style IPA, focussing primarily on Mosaic, and also Amarillo aroma/flavour profile through the use of late hop additions and dry hopping in the primary FV.
First brewed for 2019 summer BBQ party.... it all went quickly!
