Made a large starter that should have gotten to 500 Billion cells. Saved 100 billion for next starter and separated 200 billion each for this beer and my next one. |

Pre-boil gravity a lot better than expected. changed recipe to do a 30 min boil, vs a 60 min boil and adjusted hop additions. Ending up with 6 gallons of wort. |

Did a quick 30 min boil. Boil off was a little more than expected. Might have not collected enough from sparge due to water expansion. |

Blowoff tube activity seems to have stopped after just 3 days indicating most of the fermentation is done. Very quick. |

1 oz Centennial (Pellet) for 3 days
Close transferred beer to co2 purged keg with dry hops. |
