WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

This was my first brew and I think it has turned out pretty good. I just bottled it and will be anxious to crack it open in 2 weeks. Before bottling the taste was right where you would want it for a blonde. I am just hoping both the malt and bitterness mellow a little bit and just flow together. Im pretty excited. I am going to try in July to do this same recipe but All Grain.
