Pulled a volume off @ 1.063 OG and dusted with yeast, put in stir plate and after 4~days ending gravity of 1.007. |

I hot broke 3 lbs of Light DME, adding 3 lbs of mango puree which is supposd to have 186g of sugar based upon 3 pounds and calculating 46g of sugar for a 336 serving size according to nutritionix.com
that means about .41 lbs of sugar in addition to dme. Puree was steeped for 30 minutes a sterilization temp and not boiled so I don't have pectin issues. Allowed to cool at fermentation temp and then several hours later I added an approximate split in each carboy. |

Finished Batch on July 4th 2019, and the scorpion pepper was a nice add, still struggling to tast the mango, but not full carbed up yet, in keg. |
