Good yield into the kettle. Actual volume close to 48 litres. Boil was very close to the top. Had to spray it to keep it down |

Good volume into fermentor. Pitched Imperial B56 Rustic about 30 minutes after filling. Cooling system turned on to bring down to 19c |

Drying out a little further. Still has fruity date character. Dryness isn't that perceptable |
