- added 7.5 gal @ 167.3 F
- @ 153.9 F @ 60 min
- @ 153.3 F @ 15 min pre-stir, @ 152.4 F post
- @ 151.0 F @ 0 min
- got 4.6 gal first runnings
- added 4.5 gal @ some temperature
- @ 163.4 F @ 12 min
- got 4.4 gal second runnings
- added 4.5 gal @ 210 F on meat thermometer
- @ 174.6 F @ 12 min
- got 4.5 gal 3rd runnings |

- @ 1.059 @ 71 F raw, did not use offset.
- It seemed to Chris that it took unusually long to get to a boil.
- Removed heatstick immediately at the 60 min mark.
- Drained pretty much entire kettle except thick scum.
- Added last hops at 9 minute instead of 10 min mark. |

- got 2 full kegs with by draining everything but the last quart of yeast cake. |
