Notes

Disolve honey in hot water. Top up until we are close to the desired volume. Add nutrients as prescribed by the manifacturer.

Let cool and add 2# / gal of blueberries for primary. Add yeast, of course.

Forget about it for a 2-3 months. Transfert to secondary, Toss the blueberries.

Add 2# / gal of blueberries for secondary. Let it ride for a few months. Remove the blueberries for aging of bottle when ready.
