OSG 1.085, pre boil 1.068
Boil for 30 min with 1.5 ounces of eldorado. Whirlpool at flame out with 1 oz cascade for 15. Plate chilled to 70 pitched 1.5 liter of Conan yeast starter cultivated from heady topper cans, 4 or 5 cans.
Used mash ph and calcium chloride
1.085 at pitch. Holy shit.
