Notes

Needed to use my almost too old Tropical IPA yeast and had no time for a brew, so I did a stovetop 5 liter batch. Maybe hit 2 gallons in the fermenter, and when I transferred it to the serving keg I poured in a 25 oz can of Budweiser to up the volume. Still about 5 liters in the final serving keg. The dry hop with 2 oz was very intense but it is a juice bomp. Zappa is very tropical. I would certainly scale this up and brew again. This yeast is sure the one to use as well.
