WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

After fermentation is complete, add 3/4 cup of water to the beer, and heat in the oven to 180 deg. Hold for 30 minutes, and taste to make sure the alchohol is gone. Preferably keg to avoid adding any alcohol during priming.
