Pre-boil gravity was a little higher than expected. Good mash conversion. Forgot to get a reading post mash. |

Boil went well, was a little more vigorous than previously so the boil off seemed to be a bit more. |

Cooled to 72 and pitched yeast. set ferm chamber to 68. Fermentation very active 12 hours in. |

Transfered beer to keg with dry hops. Beer has smells of sulfer and some skunkieness. Hoping that will clean up. Will let sit on dry hops for a week before transferring to another keg for carbonation. |

Transferred to cleaned and purged keg to take off of dry hops. Burst carbonating. |
